Duties + Requirements
Human Resource Officer

Duties
  • Assist in daily secretarial and HR support service within human resource and admin department
  • Assist in preparing job description and specification to ensure work balance within each department in cooperation with department manager
  • Assist in recruitment and selection process to provide qualified candidate for all vacancies
  • Prepare payroll calculation and implement compensation and benefit policy regarding salary, wage, incentives, fringe benefits and others
  • Review and analyse jobs aligning to compensation and benefit policy
  • Provide guideline/instruction to staff and managers on the compensation package and salary & wage administration system
  • Manage staff benefit and control personnel profile both hard and soft document like CVs, employment contract, HR requisition document to ensure those documents are filed and entered properly
  • Enter and update staff profile into HRM system (HRMS/HRIS) and keep and track leave record and attendance
  • Assist in HR administrative and law compliance
  • Perform other duties as required by the management team
Requirements
  • Have bachelor degree in management, HRM, accounting or related fields
  • Have at least 2 year experience in general HR or HR practice; experience in compensation & benefit or payroll or HRIS/HRMS is advantage
  • Be disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, good personality and communication
  • Have good understanding of Cambodia labour law
  • Have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and can communicate in English both speaking and writing


Admin Manager

Duties
  • Job Purpose
    • He/she is responsible for supervising/managing the overall administration in order to improve the performance, productivity, efficiency of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies in line with the company’s goal and objective.
  • Job Responsibilities
    • Oversee all aspect of the organizational support service, administrative initiative and public relation
    • Facilitate the proper internal communication of the company information such as memo, notice, emails, meetings, reports, etc.
    • Be responsible for implementing and enforcing compliance with the company's administrative and personnel policies
    • Oversee all administrative and general affair work and also guide management and administrative staff at each venue in the proper administrative record
    • Establish and maintain necessary systems, procedures and materials required to effectively manage admin documents and information
    • Manage and control documents, office supplies, equipment, machineries, fixed assets and logistic & travel arrangement
    • Process contracts, agreements, public relation and other legal document
    • Schedule bookings/drivers for staff traveling and maintenance
    • Maintain a high security of the building/workplace and also keep workplace environment clean all the time
    • Manage drivers, cleaners, guards, building maintenance and parking lots
    • Delegate tasks and accountabilities and establish work schedules, supervise staff, monitor evaluate performance
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements
  • Have bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
  • At least 5 year experience in admin/general affair supervisory or related fields; practical experience in relation with the above position is advantage
  • Have good relation and communication, positive attitude and teamwork
  • Have ability to prioritize effectively and work to tight deadline
  • Disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, good personality and communication
  • Knowledge of MS Office and can communicate in English both speaking and writing
