Duties + Requirements

Dream Project Officer Duties General tasks and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following Develop project proposal by using log frame and participatory tools Develop project proposal by using log frame and participatory tools Coordinate and facilitate program areas (high school support) to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and positive result of the program To ensure the cooperation with relevant agencies and local authority to support PEPY Empowering Youth program activities Prepare and monitor the budget plan with high transparency and accuracy of expense Develop lesson plan and curriculum for high school students base on agreed strategic plan of PEPY Empowering Youth Provide training session to grade 10, 11 & 12 students on dream management and leadership related topics Ensure relationship with all stakeholders to generate opportunity for further education of high school students Be a part of the management committee to prepare and implement necessary policies, systems, and processes for staff to work in an efficient and effective manner. Provide coach and mentoring support to grade 10, 11 & 12 students and link them to higher and further education Perform other tasks as needed Requirements Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in education or any other in relevant field Experience working in education or youth empowerment, relevant experience in Cambodia STRONGLY desirable Proven commitment to education and youth empowerment Willingness to spend significant amounts of time in rural areas At least 2-year experience coordinating or facilitating Proven experience in management, executive leadership, financial oversight, and operations Excellent management facilitation and communication skills Ability to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds High level of English written communication skills Proven ability to plan and design programs Experience with strategic planning and working to a strategic plan Ability to plan and effectively manage budgets The ability to analyze and write project reports in English Committed to sustainable development approaches Must be open to learn for self-development and project improvement Highly fit with PEPY Empowering Youth core values or believe in PEPY Empowering Youth’s philosophy. Additional Skills Have driving license Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Foreign language proficiency
