Duties + Requirements
Front Desk

Duties
  • Report to: Head of Concierge
  • Manage the operations of the Reception.
  • Manage incoming calls from tenants and direct them if necessary to the appropriate person/department/room.
  • Ensure the reception and lobby area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Assist Head of Concierge in updating the tenant list.
  • Collect money from tenants outside office hours provide receipt.
  • Review room availability status, bookings and special requests on a daily basis through working closely with Leasing Manager and liaise with different departments.
  • Work with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready to handover to tenant.
  • Greet Guests
  • Handle guest complaints.
  • Handle guest enquiries. Keep up to date with local attractions, restaurant recommendations, transport, etc.
  • Maintain a file with essential numbers.
  • Supervise and assist in training all Concierge staff.
  • Hold morning briefing and/or afternoon handover to next shift.
  • Ensure you are respectably dress at all times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
  • Good command of written and verbal English.
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good problem solving and decision making skill
  • Computer literate (MS. Office, Email, etc.)
